St Moriz return policy

Thank you for being St. Moriz customer!

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you need to return your St. Moriz order, you may return any unopened product in its original condition for a full refund within 7 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us within 7 days from delivery on: info@stmoriztan.com. Please provide order number, description of the issue and photos. We will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.

If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@stmoriztan.com. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

We cannot provide refunds for St. Moriz products purchased at other retailers. If you purchased the products at other retailers, please contact them directly regarding refund or exchange. Only products purchased on www.stmoriztan.com may be returned for refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
